Kew is a luxury fingering weight of 70% Super-wash Merino, 20% Silk and 10% Cashmere, exclusively dyed for Beautiful Knitters in a small studio in London, UK.

Cashmere gives this base a soft feel and a gorgeous lustre. It is suitable for sensitive skin. Ideal for garments, shawls and anything in between.

Composition: 70% Super-wash Merino / 20% Silk / 10% Cashmere
Yarn weight: Fingering
Yarn length: 262 metres / 286 yards
Care: Hand wash in cool water, lay flat to dry.


Kew is dyed by hand in small batches. Colours may vary from skein to skein, even within the same dye-lot. If you buy more than one, we will do our best to match them up. Please ensure you buy enough to finish your project as future dye-lots may vary.
