Shipping policy

 

General

Shipment Processing Time. We aim to process all orders as quick as we can usually within 2-3 business days.

In-store collection. If you want pop buy and collect your purchase in our shop (for free) please select 'Collect from shop' option at check-out.

 

UK Shipping

Delivery method and pricing. for UK (excluding) Channel Islands we send your purchases via Royal Mail. You can choose at checkout if you want your purchase send by 1st or 2nd Class Signed For. Delivery time is usually around 4-5 days from dispatch. However despite our best efforts, mail services like Royal Mail can be unpredictable, so please be patient if it takes a bit longer. We will always try and help if there is a problem.

International Shipping

 

Where do we ship? We currently can send your purchases to the EEA, the USA, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea. If you are outside these countries and want to make a purchase online, please contact us.

*New: Shipping to the EU

Due to changes in EU tax legislation coming into effect from December 2024 we currently are unable to offer shipping to the EU.

Delivery method and pricing. for International orders we send your purchases via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery time depends on where the item is being sent. We will endeavour to send you the tracking number once dispatched.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes. Beautiful Knitters is not responsible for any customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (e.g., taxes, tariffs, customs, local sales tax etc..)
